By signing up, you must agree to and understand the following:

1. I acknowledge that weather forecasting is not an exact science, and unforeseen conditions can occur.
2. I will not hold WxForecastNow.com legally responsible for any damages or losses.
3. Because data can be downloaded immediately after paying the membership fee, we have a NO REFUND policy.
4. All data and graphics can be used freely without restriction for personal or commercial activities. Please acknowledge www.wxforecastnow.com if the data is published in any way, shape, or form.
5. By signing up for 1 day access you will be charged $4.99 ONE TIME and will have access to our Data Download area for a 24 hour period starting at the time of sign up. Your password will then be deactivated once the 24 hour period is over.
